This stunning Chinese black tea is among the finest in the world. Each spring the tea leaves are carefully plucked of only one leaf and one bud, resembling a monkey claw. The beautiful twisted golden leaves yield a full bodied tea with a soft apricot finish. 50g bag only.
Brewing Instructions
1 tsp per 8oz water
Water temperature: 195º
Steeping time: 3-4 minutes
This can be re-steeped
This Tea should never be steeped more than 5 minutes as it will turn bitter. If you prefer a stronger Tea, use a little more Tea rather than over steeping it.

This tea was a delightful surprise. From the fact that the the leaves are pure gold to the very surprising fruity aftertaste. Well worth check out. Oh and it is well worth the cost especially as I find that I prefer the second steep more then the first.
