Darjeeling (1st Flush)

Like a rare jewel, this 1st flush Darjeeling is highly sought after for its aromatic flowery finish and fresh light essence.

Brewing Instructions 

1 tsp per 8oz water

Water temperature: 180º

Steeping time: 3 minutes

This can be re-steeped

Notes: While this is a black Tea, a 1^st Flush is very delicate and so must be treated like as such using a lower water temperature and shorter steeping time.
