We want you to be happy with your purchase. WhiteAugust Tea Company is pleased to offer a 30-day return policy on most items (please see exceptions below.)

Return Instructions:

Teas:

If for any reason you are not pleased with your Tea within 30 days of the purchase, simply send it back to us with a note explaining the reason for return. We will replace your purchase or issue a store credit for the purchase amount. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tea Accessories:

If you recieve a product that doesn't do what it is supposed to or has been damaged by shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase and we will do our very best to make it right. Our accessories are provided by other vendors so we are sometimes at the mercy of their return or warranty policies.

Terms and Conditions:
Sweeteners cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature. If you are sent an incorrect item, we will send you a postage-paid return label for the incorrect item to be returned to us and we will then send the correct product.

We are happy to offer recommendations and opinions on any of our items, so please feel free to contact us for more information if you are unsure before you purchase!

Shipping:

We ship by order weight with a minimum charge of $5.00 in the United States, and a flat rate of $15 for Canada and a flat rate of $20 for other International destinations. Be aware that shipping charges are subject to change depending on the weight of the total order. Free shipping offers applies only to the Continental U.S.
