Brewing Instructions
1 tsp per 8oz water
Water temperature: 165º
Steeping time: 3-4 minutes
This can be re-steeped, add 1 minute
This can be a really finicky Tea. If the water temperature is over 165º, it will turn bitter quickly. This is a perfect Tea for cold brewing.
