March 22nd - Start they HCG Diet this week.  So far so good, already down 5 lbs.  Thank You Dr. Barb.  I really crave sugar in the late afternoon and  I find that if I drink one of our TEAs with vanilla like CONSTELLATION, ORANGE DULCET or ORANGE BLAZE that it really helps with the cravings.  I'll keep you posted.  I am hoping to loose 35 lbs in 6 weeks. January 9th - So it’s New Years and my Resolution this Year is to organize my Tea Cabinet. When we were making Christmas Dinner I had Tea fall out on my fourteen different times. OK so it turns out I have over 60 different Teas in my Cabinet, and God knows how old they are. Since I know I am not alone here gang, I thought everyone would enjoy my next Tea Class on organizing your Tea Cabinet. These are some tips and tricks I have used over the years. December 3rd - Good News! My mom's cancer is not as advanced as the doctor originally thought, so round 4 of KIMO doesn’t have to happen right now. MOM keep drinking your GREEN TEA everyday!
